We have tested your FTP and it seems working properly. For testing purpose, we have uploaded an image into your httpdocs folder via FileZilla. For your info on FTP access, you should only work on "httpdocs" and "subdomain" for respective website. You are not allow to upload any content outside of httpdocs.
If you have accidentally deleted the default files and folder, you may request for website reset for restore the website to initial stage.
Please try it again to see if there''s still problems. Should any further enquiries needed in future, please do not hesitates to send us your enquiries.
